This site does not accept applications
The University is not enrolling students. This website contains no application form, enrolment agreement or payment facility, and no student account can be created through it.
What is collected
The site is an information site and contains no forms, so it collects no personal information from you directly. Limited technical information may be processed as necessary to provide, secure and maintain the website; it is not used for advertising or behavioural profiling. If you write to the University, the University holds what you send.
Retention of correspondence
Correspondence you send the University is kept for 2 years after the last contact unless a longer period applies under the University's records schedule, and is deleted earlier on request where no other basis for keeping it applies.
Your rights and privacy enquiries
You may ask what information the University holds about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its use. Privacy enquiries may be sent to info@grandamericanuniversity.com, marked for the attention of the Privacy Lead, or by post to the mailing address above. The University applies a 30-day institutional response standard, subject to any shorter or differently calculated deadline required by applicable law. Residents of jurisdictions with specific privacy laws have the rights those laws provide.
