How enquiries are handled
The University applies a 10-working-day response standard to written enquiries. Information contained in an enquiry is used to answer it and to maintain the correspondence record, which is kept for 2 years after the last contact unless a longer period applies; enquirers are not added to any marketing or recruitment mailing list. Because the University is not enrolling students in any location, replies describe the University as it is today and do not go beyond the information published on this site until a programme is open.
